Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of construction/job-cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP or job cost systems (Sage 300 CRE preferred).
• Strong report-writing skills and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain jobs and contracts in the ERP system.
• Oversee compliance of accounting and job-related requirements on projects.
• Compile and analyze cost variances to gauge project health.
• Support monthly accounting close, including JWC checks and margin reviews.
• Assist with project risk mitigation and forecasting tools.
• Analyze job performance and prepare corporate metrics reports.
• Partner with project teams to fulfill reporting needs and resolve issues.
• Train and improve job cost processes and reporting tools.
• Inform Director of Finance of trends and financial projections.
• Collaborate with accounting and project managers to ensure reliability.
