Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in contract management.
• Construction purchasing experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for multiple construction disciplines.
• Draft, review, and formalize contract annexes for project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Legal, and Finance on contract issues.
• Manage change orders, amendments, and close-out.
• Monitor contractor performance for scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage disputes and resolution with stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative duties related to contract management.
