Job summary

McCownGordon Construction seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our Risk & Legal team and manage the full lifecycle of construction contracts. You will partner with project teams, legal counsel, and operations leaders to review, finalize, track, and improve contract workflows, ensuring agreements align with company risk standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of contract administration experience in construction.
Experience with AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, and MS Office.
Strong risk assessment and contract review skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and finalize construction agreements (AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, master agreements, GMP amendments).
Partner with General and Associate Counsel on contract review, risk assessment, and agreement administration.
Serve as a trusted resource for project teams on contract requirements and execution status.
Oversee contract execution, document management, and workflow tracking in Procore and DocuSign.
Support vendor onboarding, compliance reviews, and due diligence activities.
Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, standardize documentation, and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist with legal, administrative, and special project support.
