Qualifications

• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or completing a Bachelor's degree by hire date.
• Internship experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction compliance activities in the project lifecycle to deliver deliverables per scope and schedule.
• Manage workload across multiple projects and maintain milestone delivery.
• Represent the company in discussions with stakeholders and third party consultants.
• Manage project deliverables across multiple contractors and scopes to ensure adherence to schedule.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted project team member.
