Job summary

Invenergy, based in Chicago, seeks a Senior Analyst, Construction Compliance to support Davis-Bacon Act compliance, apprenticeship programs, and related reporting within the Construction Compliance team.

The role drives milestone delivery, ensures data integrity in the project management system, and maintains adherence to company standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or completing a Bachelor’s degree by hire date.
• Internship experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead construction compliance activities across the project lifecycle to meet scope and schedule.
• Manage workload across multiple projects and milestones.
• Represent the company in discussions with stakeholders and third-party consultants.
• Maintain records and adhere to document management policies.
• Establish and lead regular project meetings and communications to ensure compliance deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks related to construction compliance.
• Leverage the construction project management system to provide status updates.
• Oversee regulatory requirements such as Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, and Davis-Bacon.
• Set up and maintain projects in the construction project management system.
• Create and generate reports, analyze data, and propose solutions to Project Managers.
• Demonstrate good communication and coordination with other departments.
