Ladders seeks a Construction & Commissioning Leader to guide execution across complex projects from Atlanta, GA. You will champion delivery discipline, cost control, and operational excellence while steering a high-performing team.

This role partners with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes, manage claims, and promote practical improvements for efficiency and financial performance. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in construction and commissioning in the energy or heavy industrial sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for construction and commissioning projects.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices for project delivery.
• Build and inspire a diverse team of experts while fostering collaboration.
