Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead site commissioning activities across multiple projects. The role requires coordinating scope, timelines, and budgets with project executives and managing commissioning databases and plans.

The ideal candidate has extensive commissioning and project management experience, strong CxAlloy skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Travel 100% is required, with a focus on delivering safe, on-spec facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Commissioning team and provide training for career development.
• Meet with project executives to establish commissioning scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Review Subcontractor Exhibit A scope to ensure commissioning needs are met.
• Train Site teams and trade partners in CxAlloy commissioning database usage.
• Assist in reviewing and approving commissioning plans.
• Manage commissioning database for assigned projects and develop databases and checklists.
• Perform audits on project sites to assess commissioning performance.
• Lead onsite commissioning meetings with site team and trade partners.
• Develop commissioning schedule with Site team.
• Attend Pre-construction meetings and define roles for commissioning.
