Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Commissioning for data center and related facilities on a full-time traveling assignment. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations to ensure compliant delivery, and manage QC plans, testing, and schedules across Level 1–5 activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive general construction and commissioning experience, ASHRAE credentials preferred, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in General Construction (MEP/engineering or superintendent roles).
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience bridging field and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes across trades.
• ASHRAE Commissioning certification or understanding of the process.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities Level 1-5 for new or retrofit facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations to ensure compliant projects.
• Develop and implement QC plan and commissioning test scripts.
• Integrate Start-up and Commissioning schedules into the project plan.
• Lead Start-up meetings and ensure readiness across sites.
• Oversee OFCI/CFCI inspections and vendor coordination.
