Job summary

Power Placement Partner in Atlanta or Charlotte seeks a Commissioning Team Lead to oversee projects, mentor staff, and expand the firm’s commissioning services. The role blends hands-on technical work with team leadership, client relationships, and business development.

You will manage the commissioning process from planning through testing, review drawings and sequences, supervise field activities, and ensure quality documentation. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and sequences.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects from planning through final documentation.
• Develop commissioning plans, test procedures, and final reports.
• Review drawings, specs, equipment submittals for performance concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve deficiencies and maintain logs.
