Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of leadership experience in construction and commissioning in the energy or heavy industrial sector.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commissioning processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Construction & Commissioning Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will guide construction and commissioning execution across complex projects, with a strong focus on delivery discipline, operational excellence, and cost control. The leader will partner closely with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed successfully and claims are managed effectively. This position also calls for building and motivating a high-performing team while advancing practical improvements that strengthen efficiency and financial performance.

Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $320,000 annually
