• 4-6 years experience in managing 3rd party bodily injury and property damage litigated claims for insured and self-insured clients.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and time management to delegate work and organize resources.
• Licensing required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct investigations of construction-related liability and property damage claims; manage claims across jurisdictions.
• Drive outcomes through early investigations, reserving, negotiation, and resolution while coordinating with counsel.
• Mentor and elevate team performance by providing guidance on coverage, liability, and investigation strategy.
• Participate in Suit Committees, roundtables, arbitrations, mediations, and field investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
