The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in analyzing construction claims related to delays and costs, along with proficiency in Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project.

This full-time position offers a base salary between $107,000 and $150,000, complemented by competitive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction claims analysis related to delays, productivity, and costs.
• Experience drafting expert reports and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Perform review and analysis of construction claims.
• Assist with the development of contractor claims.
• Develop and/or review time extension requests.
