Qualifications

• Significant experience in analyzing construction claims related to delay and cost impacts.
• Experience in drafting expert reports and deliverables.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform review and analysis of construction claims.
• Assist with development of contractor claims.
• Develop and review time extension requests.

Skills

Construction claims analysis

Proficient in Oracle P6

Experience with Microsoft Project

Ability to relate technical knowledge to non-technical audience

Education

B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

P.E. license or Certified Construction Manager
