Job summary

MBP is seeking a Senior Construction Claims Analyst to join our team across the Tampa, FL; Raleigh, NC; or Washington DC areas. The role focuses on reviewing and analyzing construction claims, including delay, productivity, and cost impacts, with strong proficiency in Oracle P6.

Candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, a relevant professional certification preferred, and experience drafting expert reports.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and analyzing construction claims including delay, productivity and cost impacts.
• Experience drafting expert reports and exhibits.
• Proficiency in Oracle P6; experience with MS Project preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Performs review and analysis of construction claims.
• Assists with development of contractor claims.
• Develops and/or reviews time extension requests.
• Assists with development of expert reports and exhibits.
