Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Broker, Construction Casualty to join the Construction & Infrastructure Practice. This role brokers and consults for a diversified client base with casualty carriers, designing solutions and negotiating coverage. The position is hybrid and onsite at least 3 days a week from our St. Louis, MO office.

You will assess client needs, manage relationships, and provide timely service while expanding business with carriers and clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction/infrastructure client service and brokerage experience.
• Agent/Broker license required.
• Strong collaboration and team-focused mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, design solutions, and negotiate with insurance carriers for optimal coverage.
• Broker and service complex accounts, providing advisory and account management.
• Develop and manage client relationships and account strategies.
• Coordinate market submissions and product design options with stakeholders.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
