Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Broker, Construction Casualty to lead broking and consulting for a diversified client base within the Construction & Infrastructure Practice. This hybrid role can be based in several major offices, including St. Louis.

You will assess client needs, design solutions, negotiate with carriers, manage relationships, and guide complex risk submissions, with a focus on service excellence and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction/infrastructure client service and brokerage experience.
• Agent/Broker License
• Strong negotiation skills
• Network of carrier relationships
• Knowledge of market dynamics
• Experience broking major complex risks

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design insurance solutions with carriers.
• Broker on behalf of clients for complex accounts and provide servicing.
• Develop client relationships and account strategies; coordinate submissions with stakeholders.
• Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects; travel as needed for events.
