Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in construction/infrastructure brokerage.
• Broker/agent license.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with insurance markets and submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design coverage solutions.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain client-favorable coverage.
• Develop and manage client relationships and strategies.
• Prepare market submissions and product design options.
• Review quotes and binders for appropriate coverage.
• Travel for client and industry events.
