Qualifications

• Develop carrier relationships and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, design solutions and negotiate with carriers for optimal coverage.
• Manage client relationships, account strategies and insurance marketing activities.
• Act as trusted advisor in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts.
• Provide timely service to clients, relationship managers and originators.
• Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Retain and grow assigned clients and prospects; travel as required.
