Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in construction/infrastructure customer service and brokerage support
• Agent/Broker License is required
• Proven collaboration skills and team focus
• Strong oral presentation and communication abilities
• Established network of carrier relationships
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency with in-house account management systems (CRBA, CRA) and Aon tools

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design solutions; negotiate with carriers to obtain client-favorable coverage
• Develop and manage client relationships and account strategies
• Serve as trusted advisor across broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts
• Provide timely service to clients, relationship managers and originators
• Identify exposures and ensure coverage aligns with needs
• Prepare market submissions and design options for clients and originators
• Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage
• Travel as required for client and industry events
