Job summary

Advanced GPR Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager to own customer billing, AR, and collections across field service projects in Arizona. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and detail oriented, able to reconcile payments, aging, and disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Proficiency with Zoho Online and Excel is required; construction billing, lien waivers, and AIA forms are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Online.
• Experience preparing, processing, and reconciling customer invoices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, persistent approach to resolving outstanding balances.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s entire accounts receivable portfolio in Zoho Online.
• Review invoices daily and maintain accurate customer balances.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track retainage, lien waivers, and payment documents.
• Provide weekly AR aging reports to management.
• Improve invoicing processes and automation.
