Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Manager, Consolidations & Financial Systems to own the financial consolidation platform and support accounting, reporting, and finance systems initiatives. This hands-on role offers visibility and a chance to improve reporting processes and strengthen financial systems across the organization.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation cycles, develop dashboards and reports, partner with Accounting and Finance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, or finance systems.
• Hands‑on experience administering or supporting a financial consolidation or performance management platform is required.
• OneStream experience strongly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle consolidation tools, or comparable platforms will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidations and reporting, with the ability to independently manage systems and partner effectively across Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company's financial consolidation platform.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support account reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Maintain system configurations, reporting structures, and related financial data.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to improve consolidation and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen financial controls.
• Troubleshoot system and reporting issues and coordinate solutions with appropriate teams.
• Support finance systems projects and broader process improvement initiatives.
• Help develop scalable reporting and systems processes as business needs evolve.
