Job summary

Vaco in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Manager, Consolidations & Financial Systems to own the core financial consolidation platform and drive improvements across reporting and finance systems. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with exposure to senior leadership.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, enhance reports and dashboards, and partner with Accounting, Finance and Technology teams to strengthen controls and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, or finance systems.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting a financial consolidation or performance management platform is required.
• OneStream experience strongly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle consolidation tools, or comparable platforms will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidations and reporting, with the ability to independently manage systems and partner effectively across Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams.
