Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an experienced Consolidation Manager to lead multi-entity consolidation, financial reporting, and system enhancements. You will oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate close processes for multiple entities.

The role requires strong technical consolidation knowledge, leadership, and a focus on improving controls and automation within a complex environment. CPA and public-company exposure are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and foreign currency translation.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, HFM, Hyperion or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Public company experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial results across multiple entities.
• Oversee internal management reporting, including cash flow statements and analyses.
• Investigate intercompany transactions and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to accounting team members.
• Maintain and improve consolidation systems, data integrity, and mappings.
• Partner with corporate accounting to resolve reporting issues.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and automate processes.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities and eliminations.
