Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an experienced Consolidation Manager to lead multi-entity consolidation, financial reporting, and system enhancements. You will oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate close processes for multiple entities.

The role requires strong technical consolidation knowledge, leadership, and a focus on improving controls and automation within a complex environment. CPA and public-company exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and foreign currency translation.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, HFM, Hyperion or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Public company experience is a plus.

We are partnering with a large, established organization seeking an experienced Consolidation Manager to support a complex, multi-entity accounting environment. This position combines technical consolidation expertise with financial reporting oversight, systems management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys investigating accounting discrepancies, improving processes, and working with financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial results, ensuring accurate reporting across multiple business entities.
• Oversee internal management reporting, including consolidated cash flow statements, financial analyses, and reporting packages.
• Investigate complex intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to accounting team members, reviewing their work and supporting timely completion of reporting activities.
• Maintain and improve consolidation systems, including financial data integrity, account mappings, and reporting processes.
• Partner with corporate accounting, finance, and other departments to resolve reporting issues and support business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls, automate processes, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and financial statement validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation, and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, HFM, Hyperion, or comparable consolidation platforms strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, financial controls, and SOX compliance.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex accounting issues.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large financial data sets and accounting systems.
• Public company or public accounting experience is a plus.
