EURL MEDJEBOURI ALI is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee group financial consolidation and reporting. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes and prepare consolidated statements across multiple entities.

You will review subsidiary data, perform intercompany reconciliations, and ensure IFRS compliance while supporting audits and month-end close. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation procedures.
• IFRS and group financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems or consolidation software is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports across multiple entities.
• Review subsidiary financial statements and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany balances and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and relevant financial reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results, identify discrepancies, and investigate consolidation adjustments.
• Coordinate with finance teams across different business units to collect and validate financial information.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare consolidation schedules, supporting documentation, and financial analysis reports.
• Assist with external audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve consolidation procedures, reporting accuracy, and financial controls.
• Ensure timely submission of group financial reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
