Vaco by Highspring in Raleigh, NC seeks a Manager of Consolidations & Reporting to lead the multi-entity consolidation process and oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial close across the organization. Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidations, financial statement preparation, and GAAP.
• Experience working with or auditing complex, multi-entity organizations and consolidated financial statements.
• Ability to independently manage reporting deadlines, research and resolve accounting issues, and effectively partner with accounting and finance leadership.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across multiple entities.
• Coordinate consolidated financial reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Review entity-level results and identify consolidation, intercompany, or reporting issues for resolution.
• Manage intercompany activity, eliminations, and related reconciliations as part of the consolidation process.
• Support preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Perform financial statement analysis, including review of significant account movements and variances.
• Partner with corporate and business-unit accounting teams to improve reporting consistency and accuracy.
• Strengthen consolidation, close, and reporting processes through controls, standardization, and improvements.
• Support complex accounting and reporting matters during close and consolidation cycles.
• Partner with leadership on broader reporting initiatives and evolving business needs.
