Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Sr. Conflicts Specialist to run conflict reports and prepare summaries using uniform criteria. The role will operate on Pacific Standard Time hours and requires in-office presence three days a week in Dallas (75201) or Tampa (33610).

Must have 3–5 years of legal conflicts experience and a Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves include large law firm conflicts experience and a Juris Doctor.

Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion.
• Search all relevant and necessary parties in the firm's conflicts database.
• Review conflict of interest reports and prepare summaries based on the actual and potential conflicts of interest identified.
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to any questions.
• Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing conflict reports, and preparing summaries.
• Assist with keeping all shared documents accurate + assist with training Conflicts Specialists + Clerks.
