Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion.
• Search all relevant and necessary parties in the firm's conflicts database.
• Review conflict of interest reports and prepare summaries based on actual and potential conflicts identified.
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to questions.
• Adhere to firm policies related to searching, reviewing conflict reports, and preparing summaries.
• Assist with keeping shared documents accurate and training Conflicts Clerks.
