Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and firm lateral hires.
• Draft waivers and provide advice on ethical issues.
• Manage large conflicts workload with minimal supervision.
• Lead small projects and coordinate workload coverage.
• Provide training on conflicts issues.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Support firm management and maintain confidentiality.
