Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO, seeks a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to ensure CM throughout the development lifecycle for PLM. You will handle baselines, audits, ECP/CCP coordination, and cross-team collaboration with program teams and suppliers.

Requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years CM experience, and ability to obtain SAP access. Relocation may be offered based on eligibility. First shift.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of configuration management experience.
• Experience with technical proposal writing.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Support assignment of configuration items/CSCI identifiers.
• Manage program technical baselines and interfaces.
• Prepare and coordinate ECP/CCP documentation.
• Perform configuration audits and verification activities.
• Prepare metrics and status reports.
• Attend Engineering and Configuration meetings, working groups and boards.
• Work with Boeing program teams, Business Partner, Customer and Suppliers.
• Educate and/or train others on CM processes.
