Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Management in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience administering engineering change control and baselines.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management requirements.
• Experience with government/commercial aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain product baselines (functional, allocated, development, product, as-built).
• Ensure configuration identification of drawings, specs, parts lists, software, and docs.
• Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans and procedures.
• Manage engineering change processes (ECRs/ECNs/deviations/waivers).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews for impacts of changes.
• Support CBs/CRBs and change approval activities.
• Maintain configuration status accounting and traceability.
