Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
8+ years engineering experience in CM/design control, nuclear or similar.
3+ years leadership or management experience.
Autonomous, self-directed with ability to plan and execute without daily direction.
Ability to manage competing priorities affecting design and operation.
Strong communication, conflict management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Owns the configuration management program and ensures traceability to licensing.
Owns design change control and ensures proper routing for licensing evaluation.
Oversees engineering procedures and QA alignment, supported by a technical writer.
Manages configuration control tools and develops new ones for efficiency.
Coordinates design packages and ensures completeness and traceability.
