Job description

Overview

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Configuration Control Engineering Manager to own configuration management for the design and construction of a first‑of‑a‑kind nuclear medical isotope production facility. This role ensures the design basis remains internally consistent, that the design basis and licensing basis stay aligned as the design evolves, and that changes flow through disciplined processes from engineering through procurement and construction. The team, including an Engineering‑Procurement‑Construction (EPC) coordinator and technical writer reporting to the Configuration Control and Engineering Manager, owns configuration control tools including the master equipment list, the cable and raceway database, and the engineering hold database, and develops new tools as needed. This role reports at a level with significant autonomy; the manager is expected to define the program’s scope, build the plan, and execute it with minimal direction.

This is an on‑site position at our headquarters in Janesville, Wisconsin.

The base salary range for this position is $123,000 – $150,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
