Job summary

SHINE Technologies, LLC is seeking an I&C and Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, procurement, and testing of control systems and power for the molybdenum-99 production facility. This onsite role in Janesville, WI leads a competent team responsible for safe and reliable plant operation in a NRC-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Ten+ years’ experience in instruments and controls or a related discipline, preferably leading an engineering team.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and inspire engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall style project management.
• Working knowledge of electrical power distribution for normal and uninterruptible power systems.
• Nuclear or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers for control systems, instrumentation, and power supply design.
• Own design change control and configuration management for I&C and electrical systems.
• Oversee software quality assurance for digital I&C, including verification and validation, firmware and software testing.
• Drive interfaces with stakeholders to align requirements, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee development of DCS, PLC, and DAQ systems, including vendor deliverables.
