Job summary

ARES Corporation seeks a Configuration Management Specialist – Management Analyst III to support the NASA KLXS contract at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, FL. The role emphasizes configuration management planning, identification, change management, status accounting, and audits for flight and ground systems.

You will lead ICM activities, manage change packages, coordinate reviews, and support stakeholders across NASA and contractors using SharePoint, Cradle, Windchill, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Integrated Configuration Management experience.
• Experience in mentoring/coaching others
• Principles and practices of data management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior NASA/KSC experience; direct EGS Program experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide ICM support and guidance using the Change Management Workflow as the Change Package Manager.
• Verify Cradle Requirements and coordinate with the Cradle Administrator for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain distribution lists, desk instructions, forms, procedures, and templates for ICM.
• Support NASA customers and contractors for EGS milestone reviews using SP, Cradle, and related tools.
• Review and resolve issues with ICM deliverables/receivables during major program reviews.
• Analyze and implement process improvements using best practices.
