Job summary

ARES is seeking a Program Support Division Manager to lead the KLXS Program Office in Merritt Island, FL. You will manage the program support organization, ensuring effective leadership, planning, and execution in support of NASA missions.

Responsibilities include directing a team across board support, configuration management, strategic communications, risk management, and intern programs, while mentoring staff and upholding performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with at least 5 years of line management experience

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO and PM with program management activities, process development, leadership, and strategy.
• Lead, plan, and direct a team of professionals working in Program Support functions – e.g. board support, configuration management, strategic communications, risk management, Intern programs and more.
• Manage approximately 35 Program Support employees and subcontractors and develop and mentor junior employees, to facilitate their future growth. You'll create personal development plans for individuals in your team, and recruit internally and externally when necessary.
• Ensure performance, compliance, and sustained process improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and internal stakeholders, including NASA EGS Leadership and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
