Job summary

Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. seeks a Configuration and Change Management Lead for the CPE AVN OCIO program at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.

The role ensures disciplined control over enterprise change, maintains baselines, and supports RMF traceability and audits. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, review change requests for cybersecurity impacts, and develop SOPs, procedures, and metrics to improve change velocity and system readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of configuration management, change management, systems engineering, or IT governance experience.
• Configuration baselines, CCB support, asset management, change control, documentation, RMF traceability, and technical audits.
• Labor Category Alignment: Senior or Journeyman, subject to TD requirements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, management, or related discipline
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CMII, PMP, or equivalent relevant certification
• Years of Experience: 8 years minimum

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audits.
• Maintain hardware, software, asset, network, and system configuration baselines.
• Support the CPE AVN CCB and subordinate governance boards.
• Review change requests for technical completeness, cybersecurity impacts, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain configuration-management records, diagrams, artifacts, and audit evidence.
• Coordinate changes with systems, network, cyber, service desk, and application teams.
• Ensure teams update RMF artifacts after changes to accredited systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, change procedures, and implementation checklists.
• Track change implementation, validation, rollback, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
• Support asset management, software-license tracking, and lifecycle-management activities.
• Produce metrics for change volume, success rate, failed changes, outages, and recurring issues.
