Redwire Defense Tech seeks an experienced Configuration Management Specialist IV to lead change control, version management, and CM baseline integrity across engineering programs. You will develop and maintain CM plans, manage CM databases, conduct audits, and ensure DoD and internal CM standards are followed.

You will oversee CM processes, mentor analysts, facilitate CCB reviews, and drive lifecycle traceability while collaborating with cross-functional teams using Windchill and SolidWorks.

Qualificações

• Proven experience developing and maintaining CM plans, procedures and standards.
• Strong knowledge of CM best practices, EIA-649, and related standards.
• Ability to lead CM analysts on projects and daily activities.
• Advanced experience with CM tools and databases.
• Experience with BOMs, ECOs, and drawing release processes in regulated environments.
• US person status and 8+ years CM-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee change management, version control, and release management processes.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure compliant CM practices.
• Conduct configuration audits and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Develop and maintain CM plans and documentation.
• Manage CM database accuracy and integrity.
