Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in Configuration Management and Change Enablement in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience developing CM policies and audits per DoD/ITIL/ISO standards.
• Expertise with ITSM/CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and institutionalize enterprise CM policies, processes, and plans with DHA leadership.
• Lead CM audits across IOD systems and define corrective action strategies.
• Act as SME for Infrastructure CM and interface with asset mgmt, cybersecurity, and knowledge mgmt.
• Identify, document, and manage infrastructure CI relationships and dependencies.
• Track and maintain CI records in CMDB with attributes, relationships, and baselines.
• Analyze change data to generate performance metrics and executive-level presentations.
• Review CM foundational documents prior to submission to government CM team leads.
• Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) including coordination and documentation.
• Lead configuration audits and change assessments for standardization and quality.
• Train and mentor junior CM staff and change coordinators.
