Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Conference & Events Manager in New York to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile internal and external events. You will oversee venue readiness, AV, hospitality, catering, logistics, and service delivery, while partnering with Workplace Experience, Facilities, Security, and client leadership.

The role requires a minimum of five years leading corporate event programs, strong stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset to deliver

Qualificações

• Five years of leading corporate event programs, hospitality operations, or related client-facing service operations.
• College degree or related experience and training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of conference and event experiences for internal, external, executive and VIP events.
• Provide strategic oversight of event operations including venue readiness, audiovisual, hospitality, catering, logistics and service standards.
• Lead planning and execution support for executive meetings, board events, VIP visits, and high-profile client engagements.
