Job summary

Howard Hughes Communities seeks a Senior Project Manager for National Condominium Sales in Honolulu. You will lead planning and execution for Ward Village, Summerlin, and The Woodlands marketing and sales activities, coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to drive condo sales.

You will manage renderings, sales gallery tools, and go-to-market plans while maintaining tight schedules and budgets across multiple projects. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and project management for residential condo marketing and sales.
• Coordinate timelines with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
