Job summary

Howard Hughes Communities seeks a Senior Project Manager for National Condominium Sales to lead marketing and sales efforts for Ward Village, Summerlin, and The Woodlands. You will coordinate internal teams and external agencies, manage timelines, and drive rendering and sales gallery activities to hit milestones.

The role requires strong PM skills, collaboration across departments, and a bachelor's degree. Salary range $110,000-$150,000 with bonus; location Honolulu, HI.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of project management experience.
• Track record of delivering projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to communicate and influence others across departments.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and project management for residential condominium marketing & sales.
• Coordinate timelines of residential projects with third-party vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Attend meetings with internal teams and third-party marketing agencies with clear action items.
• Coordinate rendering reviews and align with design milestones.
• Oversee Sales Gallery tools, hardware, software, and troubleshooting with partners.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new condo launches and 3-5 year marketing lifecycles.
