Job summary

Howard Hughes Communities, based in The Woodlands, TX, seeks a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to execute and coordinate corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring brand and portfolio messaging stay current across presentations, maps, and digital assets.

You will support social media, intranet updates, proposals, and internal communications while coordinating with agencies and internal teams to streamline workflows and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience in real estate or similar brands.
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update core corporate marketing collateral with current messaging and data.
• Support corporate and internal communications materials, including news and emails.
• Assist with new business materials for proposals, RFPs, and decks.
• Support social media and digital marketing, including calendars and posting.
• Help manage intake, prioritization, and routing of marketing requests.
• Maintain monday.com boards and asset repositories for visibility.
