Peabody Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Condominium Property Manager to lead a well established condominium community in the Greater Boston Area. You will oversee property operations, staff, and financial management while collaborating with the Board of Directors to meet goals and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include guiding on-site personnel, preparing reports, managing budgets, and conducting site visits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years’ condo management experience.
Experience working with boards/tenant associations.
Strong time management and communication skills; ability to prioritize and respond to residents.

Responsibilities

Ensure properties are staffed with skilled personnel.
Set performance goals and monitor achievement.
Oversee operations including client relations, administration, finances, maintenance, and capital projects.
Attend Board of Directors and Membership meetings.
Prepare accurate management reports.
Monitor monthly statements and fiscal responsibility.
Oversee annual budget process and policy adherence.
Ensure Capital Needs Assessments are developed and updated.
Conduct weekly site visits across the portfolio.
Perform other duties as assigned.
