Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks a Senior Condominium Property Manager to lead operations for an established condo community in the Greater Boston Area. You will supervise staff, coordinate boards, and ensure adherence to company policy and budgets.
This role requires 8+ years in condo management, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with OneSite and MS Office. LIHTC experience is a plus; compensation ranges from $110k–$120k with a comprehensive benefits package.

Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced SeniorCondominium PropertyManagerto successfully manage a well establishedcondominium community in the Greater Boston Area.
The Senior Condo Manager holds a position of leadership and ultimate accountability for all property operations within their assigned portfolio ensuring that each property is operating in accordance with company policy and standards of practice positioned to achieve stated goals and objectives of each respective condo association.
Additional responsibilities include offering guidance and support to the Board of Directors, attending all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the membership of unit ensuring an atmosphere of trust and confidence is established and maintained.
