Job summary

You will be the SAP Concur expert, manage policies, and oversee card programs while coordinating with travel vendors and auditors.

The role requires 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on ERP exposure (JD Edwards or similar), and advanced Excel skills for large data

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for SAP Concur, overseeing travel and expense processes.
• Manage corporate travel and expense policies and compliance.
• Administer corporate card program, including spend monitoring and fraud prevention.
• Liaise with travel management providers and vendors.
• Oversee expense report auditing, payments, and variance analyses.
• Manage data flow between SAP Concur and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal controls, GAAP compliance, and audits across locations.
• Develop advanced Excel reporting tools and dashboards from large datasets.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and automation.
