Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Manager, Global Travel & Expense Systems (Concur) to lead the global deployment and optimization of SAP Concur across Arclin's footprint. You will work with Finance, IT, and external partners to standardize travel and expense processes and ensure strong controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with Concur in multinational settings, ERP integration experience, and familiarity with SAP ecosystems. This role offers hybrid work from our Alpharetta HQ.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience administering or supporting SAP Concur (Travel and Expense), preferably in a global, multi-entity environment.
• Experience managing system integrations between Concur and ERP, HRIS, and financial platforms.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, and IFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and deployment strategies for Concur across Arclin.
• Configure and optimize Concur Expense and Travel for global needs and SOX compliance.
• Lead global rollout planning, issue tracking and user adoption efforts.
