Milacron is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the intersection of general ledger accounting, controllership governance, and corporate travel and expense management while ensuring compliance, delivering financial insights, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Work You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for SAP Concur, overseeing travel and expense processes and system functionality.
• Manage corporate travel and expense policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance, spend monitoring, compliance reviews, and fraud prevention activities.
• Act as the primary liaison with travel management providers and key travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and corporate card partners.
• Oversee expense report auditing, payment processing, spend analysis reporting, and employee training related to T&E policies and tools.
• Manage the automated data flow between SAP Concur and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring accurate account and department coding.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal controls, GAAP compliance, external audit requests, and controllership initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reporting tools, dashboards, reconciliations, and variance analyses using large transactional datasets.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation within accounting and T&E functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably within a mid-market corporate environment.
• Direct hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or a comparable Tier 1 ERP system.
• Proven experience administering SAP Concur, including workflow configuration, business rules management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, nested formulas, and large dataset management.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting financial close processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and controllership best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve and automate finance and accounting processes while maintaining appropriate controls and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to enforce policies professionally and effectively.
