Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Manager, Global Travel and Expense Systems (Concur) to lead the global deployment and optimization of SAP Concur across Arclin’s footprint. You will work with Finance, Procurement, IT, HR and partners to standardize travel and expense processes while maintaining strong controls.

The role requires 5+ years administering SAP Concur, experience integrating with ERP/HRIS, and a proven track record in multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP-Concur certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SAP Concur Support, Configuration & Deployment: define requirements, deployment strategies, configure Concur Expense & Travel.
• Travel and Expense Process Support: manage data flows between Concur and HRIS/ERP for accurate postings.
• Operational Support & Reporting: reconcile data feeds, develop dashboards, KPIs, and provide user training.
