Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including data centers and core/shell structures. A strong background in concrete and proven leadership are essential to drive planning, coordination, and safe, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse teams of workers and subcontractors.
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; safety certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from development through final build.
• Ensure activities align with the project plan and schedule.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Interface with clients, explain plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material supplies.
